1. Sales Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities within the electric vehicle ecosystem, with emphasis on commercial vehicles, buses, trucks, off-highway equipment, and specialty vehicles.
- Drive B2B sales activities with automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, fleet operators, and industrial customers.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to support short-term and long-term growth objectives.
- Develop account penetration strategies for strategic customers and key market segments.
2. Business Development & Key Account Management
- Identify, qualify, and onboard new customers and strategic partners.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with OEM decision-makers, procurement teams, engineering leaders, and program managers.
- Lead commercial negotiations, RFQ/RFI responses, pricing discussions, and contract finalization.
