Job Dscriptions : 

Set up CNC lathes according to GD&T specifications, selecting the appropriate fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, and materials

 CNC operation & programming.  Ensuring optimal machine performance and adherence to design specifications.

Conventional Milling or DRO Milling:

Rotate a workpiece against a cutting tool to shape, cut, and drill materials like metal.

 To provide DRO to both the X & Y points of the mill.

Precision Machining:  
  - Machine high-precision customized parts based on technical drawings and specifications.  
  - Conduct inspections to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality.  
GD&T Interpretation:  
  - Interpret and work with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) as per engineering drawings. 
Quality Assurance:  
  - Inspect completed parts using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, CMM) to ensure adherence to tight tolerances.  
 Document and report any discrepancies or issues.  

 Maintenance:  
  - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines.

  - Coordinate with the engineering team to resolve machining challenges and optimize processes.
