Job Description
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures in
accordance with ISO standards and company policies.
• Inspect incoming materials, in-process activities, and completed works to ensure
compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Review construction drawings, material submittals, method statements, and test
reports to ensure quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve quality
related issues.
• Lead site audits and inspections to verify conformance with quality standards.
• Monitor and report on the performance of the quality management system and
suggest improvements.
• Mentor and guide junior QC personnel, fostering a culture of quality across the
project team.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors regarding quality
matters.
• Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
Required Candidature:
Education:
Experience:
• Minimum 10 YEARS of experience in quality control within the construction
industry.
• Proven track record in large-scale infrastructure, commercial, or industrial
projects.
• Familiarity with local and international construction codes and standards
Technical Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of quality inspection techniques, material testing, and
construction practices.
