Mivan experience ( Mivan Aluminium Formwork system
Develop and implement project-specific quality plans, inspection test plans (ITPs), and quality procedures.
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, industry standards, and safety regulations.
On-site Inspection
Conduct routine inspections of construction activities including civil, structural, MEP, finishing works, and interior fit-outs.
Monitor work quality during excavation, formwork, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, waterproofing, etc.
Materials Testing & Documentation
Verify quality of materials, review material certificates, perform sampling and testing (e.g., compressive strength, slump tests).
Maintain QC documents such as checklists, NCRs, test reports, project records, and calibration logs.
Vendor & Contractor Coordination
Ensure construction partners follow quality standards and correct defects promptly.
Conduct technical audits and follow-up actions for corrective & preventive measures.
Process Improvement
Analyze recurring quality issues and recommend improvements in execution and design specifications.
Support ISO / QMS / Lean quality initiatives within the organization.
Project Reporting
Prepare quality reports, inspection tracking logs, and submit findings to project managers and senior leadership.
