Role Overview
The Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for sourcing loan leads,
converting them into logins and disbursals, and achieving monthly business and revenue targets.
The role involves customer meetings, due diligence, documentation, and ensuring smooth loan
processing with Banks/NBFCs. It requires strong communication, sales ability, CRM discipline, and
a high focus on compliance. The RM/SRM also manages customer and partner relationships while
driving cross-sell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers to meet daily, weekly, and monthly
performance targets.
• Making stipulated minimum telephonic calls daily as target set by the Supervisor
• Meeting minimum number of clients daily as target set by the Supervisor
• Daily update in CRM regarding daily planning, leads received, login, sanctioned, Disbursed.
• Leads to be converted into login and get it disbursed from Bank or NBFC which gives the best
rates.
• Processing of loan applications, conducting due diligence, site visits, ensure compliance of
terms & conditions as per sanctioned terms, compliant documentation etc.
• Ensure all the loan related process/queries are taken care so that loan disbursal happens
smoothly
• Ensure timely disbursal of loan from leads received from Customers/RBAs
• Ensure achievement of minimum 3X of billing of the cost month on month

Senior Relationship Manager – Job Description

The Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for sourcing loan leads, converting them into successful logins and disbursals, and achieving monthly business and revenue targets. The role involves handling customer relationships, conducting meetings, coordinating with banks/NBFCs, and ensuring smooth loan processing from application to disbursal. The candidate will manage and guide a team of Relationship Managers while focusing on sales growth, customer acquisition, cross-selling, insurance, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, business banking partners, and channel partners.

Key responsibilities include generating and managing leads, meeting daily calling and client meeting targets, updating CRM records, coordinating documentation, ensuring compliance with banking and organizational policies, and overseeing the end-to-end loan process including application verification, login, sanction, and disbursal. The role also requires increasing business from existing clients through cross-selling and maintaining high service standards.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, listening, sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills, along with strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and basic mathematical and computer proficiency. A customer-centric approach, strong execution skills, initiative, integrity, compliance awareness, and the ability to explain financial products clearly are essential for success in this role.

Key deliverables include achieving business targets, ensuring minimum monthly billing performance, driving profitability, maintaining compliance standards, and delivering seamless financing solutions as per customer requirements.
