Company Secretory
Job Descriptions :
Maintain and update company records and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
· Organize and prepare agendas for board meetings, committee meetings, and annual general meetings.
· Take minutes during meetings and maintain official records.
· Ensure that company policies are up-to-date and in compliance with legislation.
· Assist in the efficient management of company assets and investments.
· Liaise with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors.
· Provide advice to the board on corporate governance issues.
· Handling and managing the documentation of filings for various corporate actions including corporate structuring and fund raise etc.
Prior experience working as a Company Secretary in a chartered accountant firm is preferred.
· Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles and best practices.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
