Create new Business independently in FTL by identifying
and acquiring new large corporate, SME customers directly.
Manage relationships with the existing accounts to drive
more sales every month.
Manage all agreements, renewals, and price revisions with
existing and new customers
Interface with senior management to provide customer.

Required Skills:
Possess good communication skills.
Work experience in a reputed company with Transportation, Logistics &
Supply Chain Sector in sales.
Well organized working style with excellent time management skills.
Fair working knowledge with MS-Office and Internet.
Well-versed with regional language, English and Hindi language is
preferred.

the Customer.
Complaints Resolution, any issues and problems faced by
customers, and dealing with them to maintain trust.

Job Descriptions : 

Responsible for vehicle placement as per daily routes
assigned.
On-board Owner-cum-drivers, Freight Promoters and
Owner-cum-drivers on the platform
On-board Freight Promoters and Owner-cum-drivers on the
platform.

Provide ad-hoc vehicles at lower-than market rates
Responsible for driving operations metrics (such as loading
and unloading detention, LR, PoD uploads etc.)
Train fleet owners on operations processes
Manage monthly billing of vendors
Ensuring 100% compliance with necessary documentation.

Required Skills:
2+ Years experience in adding vehicles for FTL or Local transportation
and managing daily operations
Good network among transporters, fleet owners, freight promoters and
brokers.
Good knowledge of MS Office Suite and data oriented
Qualifications – Graduate (Logistics/Supply chain related courses
preferred)
