Admin Executive

Job Descriptions : 

 Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.

·        Ensure information on the system and space details are shared with the Management on a daily basis.

·        Vendor Management knowledge and hands on experience

·        Maintain stock records of all the procurement and their usage in a register.

·        Oversee complete facilities such as Electrical, Plumbing, AC, Housekeeping etc.,

·        Coordinate to get the AMC for A/cs, Fire Extinguishers, CCTV, Bio Metrics in place.

·        Maintain the service schedule for all the AMC Vendors and coordinate to carry them out.

·        Managing all tasks on a daily basis to ensure smooth running of operations.

·        Taking up all tasks assigned by Directors / Senior Managers / Supervisors.

·        Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training session. 

Minimum Skills (Communication & Other Soft Skills, Technical Skills, Managerial Skills, Process Skills, etc.):

  • Basic computer literacy skills.

Good Verbal and written communication skills.
