Job Descriptions : 

Experience in servicing and maintaining assembly tools, particularly cordless tools used in the automotive industry.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our organisation. The ideal candidate

will have extensive experience with assembly tools used in the automotive industry, including cordless

screwdrivers, cordless impact wrenches, cordless impact drivers, and general power tools. This role involves

conducting installation training, preventive maintenance training, and service training, as well as performing

service and repairs on all types of cordless tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tool Installation and Training:

 Conduct installation of assembly tools at customer sites, ensuring proper setup and functionality.

 Provide comprehensive training to customers on the operation and maintenance of cordless

screwdrivers, impact wrenches, impact drivers, and general power tools.

 Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for both installation and ongoing tool use.

2. Preventive Maintenance and Service Training:

 Train customers on preventive maintenance procedures to ensure optimal performance and longevity

of tools.

 Create and deliver training programs focused on effective maintenance practices and troubleshooting

techniques. 3. Service and Repairs:

 Perform service and repairs on a wide range of cordless tools, including screwdrivers, impact

wrenches, and impact drivers.

 Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to tool performance, ensuring high-quality service and

customer satisfaction.

 Maintain accurate records of service and repair activities, including parts used and time spent.

Target Process: i) Costing of Plastic injection molding and Assemblies including Tooling & related SPM’s

2-MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Responsible as overall coordinator for any commercial activity for new or existing Project and/or change perimeter projects /Requests or RFQ  from Customer. Accordingly coordinates the cost inputs from CFT , business case preparation, Quote submission to Marketing managers , Negotiations & Business Finalization with Customer  
• Studies in detail the enquiry inputs from Customer / Statement of Requirements including Customer specific quotation formats and technical specifications, identifies the missing inputs & coordinates with customer to collects the same asap within the target time
