Developing a board from specification , · High Speed layout
10 years + experience in RT/Embedded systems development (Intel or PowerPC)/peripheral interfaces such as PCIe , USB 3.0 , 1G /10G Ethernet , DDR2/DDR3 Etc
Good understanding of Intel & Embedded Processors.
Experience with schematic tools (Orcad) and high speed PCB layout techniques
FPGA programming skills, VHDL , Personal computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power-point, Outlook)
High level of technical English reading and writing is a must.
Good understanding of signal & power integrity

Hardware Testing Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Testing
a. Test execution: End to end activities from planning, executing, analysis and reporting on test activities by following standard practices and procedures (WI's, SOP, Guidelines, etc.). Testing will be done mostly on site;
b. Collaborate with engineering staff to create test plans and processes, and ensure they are followed.
c. Documentation: Managed and interfaced with Product Line Team for test documentation throughout the Test Product Life Cycle.
d. Manage Lab space, tools, equipment, calibration

Cutting Tool Application - Team Lead

Job Descriptions : 

Lead and manage all cutting tool requirements for machining operations, including tool planning, trials, vendor development, tool life optimization, and technical support. Responsible for monitoring and establishing tool life through wear analysis, coordinating tool regrinding and reuse activities, maintaining tooling documentation, and driving effective troubleshooting of cutting tool-related issues to ensure productivity, quality, and cost efficiency

Collaborate with Process engineering teams to optimize tooling selection for specific applications.
Lead the end-to-end selection of cutting tools for Turning, Milling, Turn-Mill applications to support NPD, production, and machining trials.
Select and optimize cutting geometries, tool materials, coatings, and grades based on workpiece materials, machining conditions, and application requirements.
Develop and implement tooling strategies to achieve Cost Per Component (CPC) targets, reduce tooling cost, reduce cycle times, and enhance machiningproductivity.
Introduce next-generation cutting tools, advanced grades, and innovative machining technologies to improve manufacturing efficiency and competitiveness.
