Engineer/Senior Engineer- Maintenance

Job Descriptions : 

1. Trouble shooting in a fully automatic production line.
2. Responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of all Machines in the Production Dept.
3. Report Major Problems of the machines to Maintenance Manager and help to reduce turn around time.
4. First intervention of mechanical alarms, trouble shooting and defects.
5. Prepare and ensure Preventive Maintenance in consultation with the Maintenance Manager.
6. Able to run and operate production machines during change over periods.
7. Able to execute workshop activities such as Turning, Welding, Milling, power saw, etc.,
8. Operate all utility machines (compressors, steam generators, Vacuum pumps etc.,)
9. Should be familiar with the Maintenance of utilities like Diesel Generator, Compressor, Fire Hydrant Pumps, and STP.
10. Should be familiar with the maintenance of Conveyor Belts, Metallic Conveyors, Over head crane, Gear box, Exhaust
fans & Chain drives.

12. Should be ready to work with hands during emergency & major break downs.
13. Should be familiar with the operation of conventional machines.
14. Should be familiar with preventive & Predictive maintenance.
15. Should plan & execute the Preventive maintenance and responsible for the spares planning of all the machines &
critical spares stock.
16. Should co-ordinate with purchase for getting the required spares.
17. Should be familiar with the Auto cad drawing.
18. Should be able to take the decision, lead the team of technicians and to have the skill of motivation. & Team work.
19. Should be ready to work in shifts and stay at Kunigal is a must.

Sr. Engineer - EHS

• Should have experience in Manufacturing Industry as safety & EHS position
• Should know about the legal compliance full filled to KSPCB
• Hazardous identifications and elimination skill
• Train up shop floor members and motivate to follow the safety
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, EMS 14001 & implementation
• Regular audit and improve safety and create good work environment
• Waste management & submission of report to Govt.  office and customer
• Should be work in shifts and holidays if needed
• Involvement in 5S and Kaizen Activities
• Hand on experience in Pressure Die Casting, Gravity die casting experience will be added advantages
• Ensuring the Safety & Hazard elimination from work Area

Jr. Engineer/Pressure Die Casting

General Responsibilities:
 Process knowledge on pressure die casting machine? Knowledge of die cast machine operation.
Knowledge and experience in process control for aluminium Die casting.
Involvement in Kaizen Activities.
 Manpower Management.
 Computer knowledge.
 Establishing, monitoring, and maintaining die cast parameters.
 Problem analysis and problem solving.
 Hand on experience in Pressure Die Casting - Handle all related to Production activity
 Ensuring Shift/Daily production as per set target.
 Die Casting quality problem & trouble Shooting
 Rejection Analysis & plan for countermeasure
Line Quality Inspection & verification of the same.

 Robot Teaching & optimum utilization of resource.
 Manpower Management & Allocation
 5S/Kaizen Activity & Quality Circle Activity & participation
 Ensuring the Safety & Hazard elimination from work Area
 Implement quality systems, processes and procedures
Maintain Production and quality records and data

Jr. Engineer/ Engineer Electrical Maintenance

General Responsibilities:
 Should have experience in Maintenance dept. trouble shooting & Preventive Maintenance activity of Electrical equipment. Control panel, CNC machine etc.,
 Knowledge and experience in PLC minor programming and troubleshooting (OMRON & MITSUBISHI)
 Should have minimum knowledge about mechanical activities
Should be work in shifts and holidays if needed
 Involvement in Kaizen Activities.
 Computer knowledge.
 Establishing, monitoring, and maintaining of machine spare parts
 Problem analysis and problem solving.
 Hand on experience in Pressure Die Casting, Gravity die casting and Machining maintenance experience will be added advantages
Ensuring Shift/Daily department targets.
 Breakdown Analysis & plan for countermeasure
 Manpower Management & Allocation
 5S/Kaizen Activity & Quality Circle Activity & participation

Work Experience and Skills Requirements:

 Trouble shooting of CNC Machines, PLC (Omron) based automations
 Trouble shooting of SPM
 Electrical circuit building and wiring for Kaizen activity
 Basic knowledge of PLC (OMRON) related trouble shooting and small ladder modifications
 PM Planning, Spare maintenance and selection, Maintenance department documentation.
 Knowledge of mechanical maintenance in CNC & SPM, HYDRAULIC, PNEUMATIC Systems.
 Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, team handling and organizational skills required.
 Excellent verbal and written communication
