Assistant to CEO (Executive Assistant)

Job Dscriptions : 

1. Administrative & Executive Support

• Manage CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules
• Coordinate internal and external meetings on behalf of the CEO
• Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items
• Schedule and organize virtual and physical meetings
• Arrange video conferencing (Teams / Zoom / Google Meet)

2. Communication & Coordination

• Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
• Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, and official correspondence
• Follow up with departments on behalf of the CEO for task completion
• Coordinate with senior management and department heads
• Remind CEO of deadlines, follow-ups, and important commitments

3. Computer & Office Software Knowledge

• Strong proficiency in MS Office:
  • MS Word – drafting letters, reports, and documentation
  • MS Excel – data entry, reports, MIS, pivot tables, basic formulas
  • MS PowerPoint (PPT) – preparing professional presentations for meetings, reviews, and board discussions
• Ability to work with Office 365
• Basic knowledge of document management systems and digital filing

4. Presentation & Reporting

• Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations for:
  • Management reviews
  • Board meetings

Electrical Design Engineer

Must Have: MS Office, Strong knowledge of EPLAN P8, Professional experience in electrical design for machinery or industrial equipment

Good to have: Familiarity with international electrical standards (experience with EN / IEC, VDE, UL, CSA is beneficial), AC/ Refrigeration industries.

Creation of electrical schematics and circuit diagrams in EPLAN P8, including BOM generation

• Preparation and maintenance of documentation and BOMs in our ERP system (SAP)

• Active contribution to the development and improvement of our machine portfolio

• Close collaboration with Sales, Mechanical Design, Production and Service teams

• Design according to EN 60204-1 (Electrical equipment of machinery) and internal engineering guidelines

• Review of customer requirements and evaluation of technical feasibility

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics, or an equivalent technical qualification

• Professional experience in electrical design for machinery or industrial equipment (experience in refrigeration systems is a plus but not mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of EPLAN P8

• Familiarity with international electrical standards (experience with EN / IEC, VDE, UL, CSA is beneficial)

• Expertise MS Office and a structured, process-oriented working style

Fixture Designer

Job Descriptions : 

Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and fixturing principles

Proficiency in fixture design concepts: 3-2-1 principle, clamping methods, datum control.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.

Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar).

Good problem solving and communication skills

Fixture Design & Development

• Design machining fixtures for CNC turning, milling, 3 axis , 4 axis, and 5 axis operations.
• Prepare detailed fixture drawings, layouts, and BOMs based on component drawings and process plans.
• Ensure fixture designs meet accuracy, rigidity, accessibility, and safety requirements.
• Support fixture feasibility studies during new project development.

• Support fixture prove-out, try-outs, and validation on CNC machines.
• Troubleshoot fixture-related issues during trials and production.

Process & Production Support

• Work closely with process engineers and production teams to improve machining stability and cycle time.
• Modify and improve existing fixtures to address quality issues or productivity improvements.
• Ensure repeatability and consistency of fixtures in mass production.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure fixtures support dimensional accuracy and GD&T requirements.
• Participate in root cause analysis for quality issues related to fixturing.
• Maintain fixture documentation and revision control.
