• Hands on expérience in Costing of both component & Tooling of Plastic Injection Mödling

Target Process: i) Costing of Plastic injection molding and Assemblies including Tooling & related SPM’s

                               ii) Enquiry handling of Automotive OEM’s including internal coordination with CFT (Purchase, Engineering, Marketing, Quality, Plant Engineering, etc.)

1- MISSION

• Overall coordination & management of Customer enquiries both internally with CFT & externally with customer
• Responsible for timely delivery of costing inputs to marketing managers

2-MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Responsible as overall coordinator for any commercial activity for new or existing Project and/or change perimeter projects /Requests or RFQ  from Customer. Accordingly coordinates the cost inputs from CFT , business case preparation, Quote submission to Marketing managers , Negotiations & Business Finalization with Customer  
• Studies in detail the enquiry inputs from Customer / Statement of Requirements including Customer specific quotation formats and technical specifications, identifies the missing inputs & coordinates with customer to collects the same asap within the target time
• Coordinates internally with CFT / all stake holders (Purchase, Engineering, Marketing, Quality, Plant Engineering, etc.)  to collect the required inputs & makes the Zero base costing as per company Financial / Management norms in internal TAFE format & customer specific quote submission formats
