Job Descriptions :

Site Supervision & Execution

• Oversee core finishing activities including plastering, false ceilings, gypsum partitions, painting, carpentry, joinery, and glazing.
• Monitor high-end masonry and flooring work, specifically vitrified tiles, ceramic tiles, marble, granite, wooden flooring, and stone cladding.
• Supervise critical technical applications such as waterproofing systems, structural steel fabrication, and façade execution.

Quality Control & Blueprint Reading

• Interpret and implement Good for Construction (GFC) drawings, shop drawings, architectural details, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Enforce rigid Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regarding quality control to ensure exact alignment, level, joint finishing, and polishing.
• Manage quality testing for all arriving finishing materials to verify compliance with architectural specifications

Snagging, De-Snagging & Handover

• Conduct rigorous site inspections to identify finishing defects and generate detailed punch lists / snag lists.
• Manage the de-snagging process by driving contractors to rectify errors before final management or client evaluation.
• Prepare units for possession, participating actively in final client handovers to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Planning, Reporting & Safety

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly target schedules to align site execution.

Job Descriptions :

One point contact to the Customer, before Sales till booking/registration Calling the desired clients & convincing them Coordinating with clients for all their needs with respect to sales. Scheduling the visits in consultation with other Sales team members.

  • Fast Loop Line Machines (Transfer cars, roll over, stripping device, powerized roller conveyors, mould curing oven, mould coating station, shake out, mould pusher)
  • Sand continuous mixers
  • Shot Blasting Machines
  • Dust Collection Systems
  • Screw Compressors
  • Material Handling Equipment like EOT cranes, Jib Cranes, Gantry / Goliath cranes, under slung cranes
  • Cooling Towers and Pumps
  • Fettling and grinding equipment like Flexible shaft grinders, Die grinders, pedestal grinders
  • HT & LT switch gears like VCB, ACB, MCCB, MCB, Contactors
• Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain maintenance history records and equipment performance data.

Breakdown Management

• Attend critical equipment breakdowns and restore equipment in minimum time.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring failures.
• Coordinate with production teams to prioritize maintenance activities.
