Position Summary:
- Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations for 2-Wheeler, 3-Wheeler, and 4-Wheeler Sales, Service, and Spares business units.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L statements, branch profitability analysis, and management dashboards.
- Monitor budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial planning to improve business performance.
- Ensure timely finalization of accounts, statutory compliance, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and audit requirements.
- Control receivables, payables, cash flow, bank reconciliation, and working capital management.
- Verify revenue recognition, incentive calculations, warranty claims, and OEM financial reconciliations.
- Coordinate with branch managers and department heads to ensure financial discipline and policy compliance.
- Lead internal and statutory audits, implement corrective actions, and strengthen financial controls.
- Supervise and mentor the Finance & Accounts team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and process improvements.
- Support management with financial analysis, business insights, and strategic decision-making to achieve organizational goals.
