Key Responsibilities

• Handle costing of plastic injection molded parts, assemblies, tooling, packaging, logistics, testing, and manufacturing aids.
• Coordinate and manage customer enquiries from receipt to quotation submission.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Purchase, Engineering, Quality, Plant Engineering, Marketing) for costing inputs.
• Prepare zero-based costing as per company and customer requirements.
• Review customer technical specifications, identify missing inputs, and coordinate for closure.
• Support technical reviews, benchmarking activities, and commercial discussions.
• Handle engineering change cost estimations (ECN) and submit proposals to customers.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports for Sales & Marketing functions.

Required Skills

• Experience in product costing of injection molding components, assemblies, and tooling.
• Strong customer enquiry handling and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Strong communication skills in English (Kannada/Hindi preferred).
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage timelines.
