Key Accountabilities
- Ensure H&S safety standards are adhered to, communicated.

Assistant General Manager/ Deputy General Manager – Accounts - Full-Time
Job Descriptions :
- Manage day-to-day business accounts and report to the VP – Finance & Accounts.
- Coordinate with business heads to ensure seamless data flow from operations to the accounts from time to time.
- Must have exposure to handling GST, TDS, etc., including attending assessments/notices from the respective departments.
- Should have exposure to budgeting and monitoring actual results against budgeted figures.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements such as monthly Profit & Loss analysis, weekly/fortnightly working capital deployment, and monthly cash flow statements.

· Monitoring and control of inward good inspection, outward good inspection.

· Customer complaint analysis with engineering, and monitoring of corrective action.
· Maintenance of calibrated measuring instruments and equipments and equipments used by the inspectors as well monitoring if usage of calibrated instruments in the manufacturing process.

Service/Commissioning Engineer – Commissioning & O&M (Gas Gensets)
- Carry out installation supervision, commissioning, testing, and start-up of gas gensets at customer sites.
- Perform engine, alternator, Balance of Plant (BOP), gas train, ignition system, and AVR checks before commissioning.
- Handle wiring, cable termination, testing, and verification of control panels, MCC/PCC panels, protection relays, and associated electrical systems.
- Configure, program, and troubleshoot PLCs, HMI, genset controllers, and other control systems.
- Perform AVR configuration, engine synchronization, load sharing, and grid/island mode operation during commissioning.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, PLC, instrumentation, and control system faults through systematic troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Carry out preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, servicing, overhauls, and performance optimization of gas gensets and associated equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, single-line diagrams, P&IDs, and technical manuals for installation and troubleshooting.
- Prepare commissioning reports, service reports, maintenance records, customer sign-off documents, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies while working at customer locations.
- Coordinate with customers, project teams, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
- Travel extensively to project/customer sites across India and occasionally overseas for commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
