About the Role

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with strong hands-on software testing expertise and proven leadership skills. The ideal candidate will lead QA initiatives, manage testing teams, collaborate closely with customers (primarily US-based), and ensure delivery of high-quality software products—especially within the Loan Lending / Banking domain.

This role requires excellent analytical ability, ownership mindset, and the capability to work directly with stakeholders while driving quality across projects.

 


 

?? Key Responsibilities

  •  

Lead end-to-end QA activities including test strategy, planning, execution, and defect management.

Manage and mentor QA team members; assign tasks, review deliverables, and ensure timelines are met.???????

Act as primary QA point of contact for customers; participate in requirement discussions, demos, and status calls.???????

Perform hands-on testing (manual and/or automation as applicable) for complex applications.???????

Analyze business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.???????

Drive defect triage meetings and collaborate with development teams for quick resolution.???????

Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices.???????

Provide regular QA status reports to internal management and clients.???????

The incumbent shall be responsible for managing a team size of upto 10-12 which has a mix of articles, Junior staff and senior staff.
