Leadership & Team Development

• Strategically build and scale a team of 5-10 software developers for our industrial SaaS platform
• Take full ownership of team performance, personnel development and hiring decisions
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews and career development conversations
• Foster a collaborative team culture and resolve conflicts constructively
• Coordinate capacity planning and resource allocation within your team

Technical Contribution

• Hands-on development (approx. 50%) across our full-stack application with a focus on frontend
• Ensure adoption of established processes, coding standards and best practices within your team (we work in a shared monorepo)
• Ensure software quality through unit tests, API tests and system tests with a clear focus on quality over quantity
• Participate in architecture decisions and conduct code reviews
• Collaborate closely with our German development teams within the Scrum framework

• Backend: Node.js, relational databases, caching, real-time communication
• Infrastructure: Docker, Monorepo architecture, OAuth2/OIDC

Your Profile

Leadership

• 5+ years of experience in leading and scaling development teams
• Proven ability to mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineers
• Experience with hiring processes and building teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Quality - HOD & Management Representative - Full-Time

Authority       : For clearance of inspected goods at the vendor place & Authorised to sign internal documents & records. Decision on deviation notes approved by engineering and maintenance of record for review and analysis.

·         Monitoring and control of inward good inspection, outward good inspection.

·         Vendor Quality rating and development process

·         Co-ordination with third party for inspection

·         Customer complaint analysis with engineering, and monitoring of corrective action.

·         Maintenance of calibrated measuring instruments and equipments and equipments used by the inspectors as well monitoring if usage of calibrated instruments in the manufacturing process.

·         Maintenance of approved samples

·         Quality data management and maintenance

·         Process audits in line with IMS Systems (QMS, EMS, and OHSAS)

·         Involved   in Factory Acceptance Test & Preparing Test Reports

·         Involved in JNB Projects and working on related inspections & documentation

·         Preparing Quality Assurance Plan (In process and for inward material)

·         Promoting 5’s ensuring

·         Preparing Work Instructions.

·         Monitor & follow-up to improve their supplies in subsequent receipts. 

·         Conducting internal quality audits and management review meetings. 

·         Conducting Trainings on IMS,5’S

·         Assurance activities like, Raw material Inspection, Dimensional Measurement and approval Mechanical Calibration, Documentation & Implementation of IMS

·         Provide quarterly inspection data and quality assurance reports to senior management

·         Provide support on Corrective action investigations and effectiveness assessments.
