We are looking for an experienced and self-driven HR & Admin Coordinator with 3–6 years of hands
on experience in Payroll, Attendance Management and Admin related works. This is an individual
Contributor (IC) role, requiring the candidate to independently manage end-to-end payroll and
statutory compliance while ensuring adherence to the Karnataka Shops and Commercial
Establishments Act and other applicable labor laws.
 
Key Responsibilities
  - Independently process the inputs end-to-end monthly payroll with 100?curacy. - Manage employee attendance, leave records and regularization. - Calculate salaries, Full & Final Settlements (F&F), arrears, incentives, reimbursements, and statutory
deductions. - Ensure timely compliance with all statutory requirements send by the 3rd party, including: - EPF - ESI - Professional Tax (PT) - Labor Welfare Fund (LWF), where applicable - Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) coordination - Maintain complete compliance under the Karnataka Shops and Commercial Establishments Act. - Prepare and maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation. - Coordinate with auditors and consultants during payroll and statutory audits. - Generate and validate payroll MIS reports, attendance reports, and management dashboards. - Resolve employee queries related to payroll, attendance, leave, and statutory deductions. - Maintain employee records and HR documentation with complete accuracy and confidentiality. - Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and compliance documentation.

2. Responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of all Machines in the Production Dept.
