We are looking for an experienced Manager – Finance & Accounts to oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations for automobile sales, service, and spares business units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, audits, working capital management, and leading the Finance & Accounts team while ensuring strong financial controls and business performance

• Manage end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations for 2-Wheeler, 3-Wheeler, and 4-Wheeler Sales, Service, and Spares business units.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L statements, branch profitability analysis, and management dashboards.
• Monitor budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial planning to improve business performance.
• Ensure timely finalization of accounts and statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and audit requirements.
• Control receivables, payables, cash flow, bank reconciliations, and working capital management.
• Verify revenue recognition, incentive calculations, warranty claims, and OEM financial reconciliations.
• Coordinate with branch managers and department heads to ensure financial discipline and policy compliance.
• Lead internal and statutory audits, implement corrective actions, and strengthen financial controls.
• Supervise and mentor the Finance & Accounts team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous process improvements.
• Support management with financial analysis, business insights, and strategic decision-making to achieve organizational goals.

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Budgeting, and MIS Reporting.

  Authority       : For clearance of inspected goods at the vendor place & Authorised to sign internal documents & records. Decision on deviation notes approved by engineering and maintenance of record for review and analysis.

·         Monitoring and control of inward good inspection, outward good inspection.

·         Vendor Quality rating and development process

·         Co-ordination with third party for inspection

·         Customer complaint analysis with engineering, and monitoring of corrective action.

·         Maintenance of calibrated measuring instruments and equipments and equipments used by the inspectors as well monitoring if usage of calibrated instruments in the manufacturing process.

Developing a board from specification , · High Speed layout
Experience in RT/Embedded systems development (Intel or PowerPC)/peripheral interfaces such as PCIe , USB 3.0 , 1G /10G Ethernet , DDR2/DDR3 Etc
Good understanding of Intel & Embedded Processors.
