Create new Business independently in FTL by identifying

and acquiring new large corporate, SME customers directly.

Manage relationships with the existing accounts to drive

more sales every month.

Manage all agreements, renewals, and price revisions with

existing and new customers

Interface with senior management to provide customer

feedback and market intelligence based on interactions with

the Customer.

Complaints Resolution, any issues and problems faced by

customers, and dealing with them to maintain trust.

Escalating & resolving the issues raised by the clients

Required Skills:

Possess good communication skills.

Work experience in a reputed company with Transportation, Logistics &

Supply Chain Sector in sales.

Well organized working style with excellent time management skills.

Fair working knowledge with MS-Office and Internet.

Well-versed with regional language, English and Hindi launguage is preferred.

Authority       : For clearance of inspected goods at the vendor place & Authorised to sign internal documents & records. Decision on deviation notes approved by engineering and maintenance of record for review and analysis.

·         Monitoring and control of inward good inspection, outward good inspection.
