Technician -Electrical Maintenance - Full-Time

Job Descriptions : 

Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Breakdown Maintenance (B/D) of shop floor equipment. 

Carry out PM and B/D maintenance of plant and utility systems. 

Maintain and update logbooks/checklists for DG, compressors, fire safety equipment, AC, UPS, diesel, and DM water consumption. 

Repair and maintain pump house, Water Treatment Plant (WTP), and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP). 

Follow organizational SHE policies and procedures during all maintenance activities. 

Execute daily maintenance tasks based on industry best practices and maintain breakdown reports, spare part records, and equipment history. 

Monitor and analyse Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF). 

Work on continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance department. 

Perform preventive maintenance as per the defined schedule for plant and machinery. 

Maintain and update operating manuals and training materials for the maintenance team. 

Maintain and update 5S records to ensure workplace organization and cleanliness.

Jr. Engineer/Pressure Die Casting - Full-Time

General Responsibilities:

 Process knowledge on pressure die casting machine

Knowledge of die cast machine operation.

 Knowledge and experience in process control for aluminium Die casting.

 Involvement in Kaizen Activities.

 Manpower Management.

 Computer knowledge.

 Establishing, monitoring, and maintaining die cast parameters.

 Problem analysis and problem solving.

 Hand on experience in Pressure Die Casting - Handle all related to Production activity

 Ensuring Shift/Daily production as per set target.

 Die Casting quality problem & trouble Shooting

Rejection Analysis & plan for countermeasure

 Line Quality Inspection & verification of the same

 Robot Teaching & optimum utilization of resource.

 Manpower Management & Allocation

 5S/Kaizen Activity & Quality Circle Activity & participation

 Ensuring the Safety & Hazard elimination from work Area

 Implement quality systems, processes and procedures

 Maintain Production and quality records and data

 Consumables / shop floor inventory management.

 Updating the Management on every day MIS

Ensure optimum resource deployment and utilization on the production floor

 Ability to conduct training for the Production Operators from time to time and manage their skill

set with the help of skill matrix

 Maintain a clean and safe environment on the Production Floor, ensuring the perfect discipline

Strong Background in the casting manufacturing industry

 Knowledge of die casting and machining.

 High degree of professionalism with exceptional interpersonal skills.

 Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, team handling and organizational skills required.
