Job Descriptions : 

  • Manage day-to-day business accounts and report to the VP – Finance & Accounts.
  • Coordinate with business heads to ensure seamless data flow from operations to the accounts from time to time.

  • Carry out installation supervision, commissioning, testing, and start-up of gas gensets at customer sites.
  • Perform engine, alternator, Balance of Plant (BOP), gas train, ignition system, and AVR checks before commissioning.
  • Handle wiring, cable termination, testing, and verification of control panels, MCC/PCC panels, protection relays, and associated electrical systems.
  • Configure, program, and troubleshoot PLCs, HMI, genset controllers, and other control systems.
  • Perform AVR configuration, engine synchronization, load sharing, and grid/island mode operation during commissioning.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, PLC, instrumentation, and control system faults through systematic troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, servicing, overhauls, and performance optimization of gas gensets and associated equipment.
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, single-line diagrams, P&IDs, and technical manuals for installation and troubleshooting.
  • Prepare commissioning reports, service reports, maintenance records, customer sign-off documents, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with site safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies while working at customer locations.
  • Coordinate with customers, project teams, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
  • Travel extensively to project/customer sites across India and occasionally overseas for commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
