Job Descriptions :
Assessment of Raw materials suppliers and Onboarding.
• Conducting Supplier Quality Audit for Foundry process, Forging, Raw materials suppliers
• Pilot batch approval for NPD parts
• Actively working with foundry to reduce the casting defects
• Regular communication with CFT (SCM, Vendor, Design & Production) for process optimization.
• Failure analysis
• Monitoring Raw materials suppliers’ performance and taking necessary actions to improve quality
level.
• Preparation of TDC for casting suppliers (Dynamic and static check list)
• Knowledge of heat treatment processes toughening, case hardening, induction hardening, stress
relieving etc..
• Should have expert in Foundry processes (No Bake, Green sand, Shell mounding, Inspections)
• Knowledge metallurgical testing equipment’s and results analysis.
• Preferred ISO 9001/CQI9/CQI27 certified
• Knowledge of basic dimensional reading and machining processes like milling, turning, grinding,
hobbing, gear grinding etc..

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy/Mechanical Engineering.
• Diploma in Metallurgy
Experience
• 5-10 years of experience with bachelor’s degree
• 8-10 Years of experience with Diploma in Metallurgy
• Experience in manufacturing or machine tool industry preferred.
• Experience in Heat treatment and Foundry Processes

• YoY defect reduction
• Vendor assessment
• Supplier development towards Quality
• Auditing of Foundry processes action on Process gaps.

Real Estate / Direct Sales
Handle walk-in clients and provide detailed project information
* Conduct site visits and assist clients throughout the buying process
* Follow up with leads generated through various channels
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Maintain and update customer data in CRM
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure
* Act as a backup for other sales team members across Bangalore locations
* Be available to travel across different project sites as per business needs
Requirements:
