Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

Manage the MD's daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.

Coordinate business meetings with clients, suppliers, government officials, and business associates.

Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and minutes of meetings.

Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.

Draft professional emails, letters, and official documents.

Administrative Responsibilities

Maintain confidential files, business records, and company documents.

Handle travel bookings, hotel reservations, visa arrangements, and transportation.

Coordinate office administration related to the MD's office.

Organize business events, conferences, exhibitions, and client visits.

Business Coordination

Coordinate with Sales, Finance, HR, Production, Logistics, and Purchase departments.

Follow up on pending tasks assigned by the MD.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Track project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

Liaise with vendors, customers, transporters, and government authorities when required.

Communication & Documentation

Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and business correspondence.

Maintain records of contracts, agreements, and important business documents.

Job Descriptions : 

1. Trouble shooting in a fully automatic production line.
2. Responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of all Machines in the Production Dept.
3. Report Major Problems of the machines to Maintenance Manager and help to reduce turn around time.
4. First intervention of mechanical alarms, trouble shooting and defects.
5. Prepare and ensure Preventive Maintenance in consultation with the Maintenance Manager.
6. Able to run and operate production machines during change over periods.
7. Able to execute workshop activities such as Turning, Welding, Milling, power saw, etc.,
8. Operate all utility machines (compressors, steam generators, Vacuum pumps etc.,)

and STP.
