Job Descriptions : 

Air Pollution control equipment design, fabrications, making BOQ, etc.

Design will be responsible with Autocad / Solidworks 2D & 3D with speed and conversant in preparation of ducting layouts in Autocad for industrial de-dusting & fume extraction systems for foundries, steel, rubber, glass, plants, etc.

This calls for travelling and meeting customer to understand their requirement in detail, conceiving a solution, consent from customer and then prepare BOM, etc.

Job Descriptions :

1) Check production quality in all respects as per standards customer specification, P.O, Drawings and Record by way of test report. In case of any deviation/rejection prepare RGA and inform the concerned and ensure that the defect is rectified/ or items replaced.

2) Maintain all laboratory equipment’s in satisfactory working condition and also ensure timely calibration of all equipment’s from reputed national test house as required by our customers and file the test records.

3) Prepare test certificates to customers.

4) Conduct quality checks during process and record, inform deviation if any, to the concerned for rectification. Recheck after rectification.

5) Check all incoming materials/ components both procured from our side and to be supplied from our customers and record. In case of any deviation inform purchase for suitable corrective action; maintain the records of all tests carried out. In case we cannot carry out any of these tests on raw materials/ components due to lack of required facilities at our end, ask the supplier to furnish test certificate to that effect and also get them tested once in a way from any reputed national test house and maintain such records at our end.

6) Maintain Customer/ National/ International standards of our products.

7) Coordinate with our customers at the time of their inspection of final products, provide the necessary clarification/ rectification and get their approval for dispatch.

8) All the inspected and customer cleared finished goods for dispatch should be marked with OK seal from lab/Inspection department.

9) Be familiarized and practice 5S system, maintain the related ISO records. All purchase order copies are systematically filed.

10) Develop necessary formats/ records with regard to quality on daily/ monthly basis as management information system.

Job Descriptions : 

• Work closely with the consultants and architects to ensure timely receipt of drawings (and BOQs);
• Highlight concerns / issues and provide inputs on the feasibility / practicality of construction - Develop a project plan with timelines, resources and critical milestones;
• Obtain a sign-off on the plan from the Directors - Assist in the finalization of the contractor; Oversee total contract regulation, review and management for the assigned project –
• Maintain project site reporting mechanisms and issue resolution procedures to ensure timely communication of critical information from the projects site; Continuously monitor the project budget, resource requirements, cycle time and productivity levels –
• Assist the Quantity Survey Department in the checking and certification of bills from various BEL partners (consultants, vendors, contractors) for the project;
• Follow up with finance to ensure timely payment - Undertake periodic audits at the project site and drive compliance with ISO and other quality & safety standards (statutory and organizational) –
• Interact with Legal and Liaison Departments for statutory approvals and any site-related issues;
• Consult with Human Resources & Administration on issues related to statutory compliances with respect to the contractor. - Liaise with Purchase Department for timely communication of material specifications, indenting and sample selection; -
• Provide inputs / modifications to the material delivery plan to ensure continuous supply of material at the site. –
• Build and maintain strong relations with the contractor; Periodically interact to identify any issues / concerns and minimize non-tender items. –

Job Descriptions : 

One point contact to the Customer, before Sales till booking/registration Calling the desired clients & convincing them Coordinating with clients for all their needs with respect to sales. Scheduling the visits in consultation with other Sales team members.

Day to day interactions with the Customers with respect to queries/clarifications related to project. 

Follow up with customers for registration and fix up the time for registration with Sales Head.

Handling customer queries, provide info clearly, send mailers, maintain complete databases, follow up with incoming leads, and prepare reports.

Influence sales of the company by acquiring new customers & building relations with the current customers. Keep records of customer interactions, follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Responsible for handling the customers inquiry and coordination with Sales team.
