Key Responsibilities:
• Setup and operate 3-Axis VMC machines
• Load programs and set tool offsets/work coordinates
• Read engineering drawings & GD&T
• Perform quality checks using measuring instruments
• Basic G-code and offset corrections
• Maintain machine logs and preventive maintenance
• Follow safety and 5S standards
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Sales experience in the field of Industrial Automation Products.
• Primary responsibility is to expand selling opportunities in End User segments and OEMs.
• Evaluate customer requirements across assigned industrial areas and provide suitable solutions.
• Handle sales activities through distributors and manage accounts based on past business activities.
• Generate new business opportunities through client visits, networking, and follow-ups.
• Promote automation products and communicate product features and benefits effectively.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports, customer visit plans, and follow-up action plans.
• Coordinate payment collection from customers and distributors.
• Ready to travel extensively across the assigned region.
Candidate should have real estate background.
Should make 40 to 50 calls per day.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi with a presentable personality.

Position calls for travelling and meeting customer to understand their requirement in detail, conceiving a solution, follow up with design, consent from customer and then quotation preparation,
follow up through visits, calls etc., to convert the potentiol offer to order. Post order support in follow up with customer for drawing approvals, thorough knowledge of Advance & Performance
Guarantee, follow-up with internal stake holders for project execution till handing over the project, payment follow-up & timely payment collection, etc
