• Improve business results/effectiveness of teams by ensuring that HR strategies and products are translated into concrete actions and tangible results.
• Apply leadership related HR products ( e.g. talent management)within the area of responsibility and share business needs to the CoCs and HR Operations.

Responsibilities and Deliverables

• Be the point of contact and provide advisory leadership related topics and give guidance to managers along the entire employee lifecycle.
• Empower managers in daily(leadership) business.
• Initiate and support the improvement of leadership capabilities in accordance with the company values and be an ambassador of the company values.
• Discuss people analytics (e.g. demographic change, HR KPIs..)with the management and trigger respective actions at the sites.
• Advise and call for action with regards to local organizational changes incl. building new positions in teams/departments and connect with Head BPs and COC Org. Design and Change if required.
• Collect, analyze and prioritize business needs and translate into HR actions, if applicable in alignment with the COCs.
• Bear the overall responsibility for locally triggered topics and make sure the respective colleagues from CoCs or HR Operations are involved adequately.

 Knowledge of die cast machine operation.

Rejection Analysis & plan for countermeasure

 Line Quality Inspection & verification of the same

 5S/Kaizen Activity & Quality Circle Activity & participation

 Ensuring the Safety & Hazard elimination from work Area

 Implement quality systems, processes and procedures

 Maintain Production and quality records and data

 Consumables / shop floor inventory management.

 Updating the Management on every day MIS

 Ensure optimum resource deployment and utilization on the production floor

 Ability to conduct training for the Production Operators from time to time and manage their skill

set with the help of skill matrix

 Maintain a clean and safe environment on the Production Floor, ensuring the perfect discipline

Work Experience and Skills Requirements:

 Minimum 2-4 years hands on experience in the similar industry.

 Strong Background in the casting manufacturing industry

 Knowledge of die casting and machining.
