The Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for sourcing loan leads, converting them into successful logins and disbursals, and achieving monthly business and revenue targets. The role involves handling customer relationships, conducting meetings, coordinating with banks/NBFCs, and ensuring smooth loan processing from application to disbursal.
